Introduction:

Every Tuesday and Thursday, CIS students join teams from across HK in collecting surplus bread from bakeries near closing time and bringing them to Feeding HK’s collection point. The surplus food is then distributed to local charities and communities to feed underserved demographics in HK.

Expectations:

Bread Runners are expected to show up to the bakery on time and to bring all surplus bread to the Feeding HK collection point.

Skills Required:

A basic knowledge of Hong Kong’s public transport system would be extremely beneficial and some cantonese would be helpful.
