Mrs. Linley Hawkins

Hello Lykins Families!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year. We are excited to welcome students and families back to school.  My name is Linley Hawkins and I am the Principal at Lykins. This year is my 20th year in education. I truly feel like I have the best job in the world. I am blessed to educate and love children, lead and learn with adults, and collaborate and partner with the community.   Lykins is a special place that makes you feel loved and appreciated.  Our mission at Lykins is to build a safe and fun learning environment where we grow to be kind, respectful, and inclusive leaders. 

I grew up south of Celina in Plano, my parents still live in the same house. My husband, Andreas and I have been married for 15 years.  We have 3 beautiful children; Hudson (14), Harlow (9), and Holland (4).  We love animals and have dogs, goats, a cat, and a fish.  We spend a lot of time at football, soccer, and cheerleading.  If you happen to run into us, please stop and say hello!
