Welcome to our Class!
Welcome to 5th Grade! I am so excited to have you in my class this year!
I grew up in Celina and I am so excited to be teaching in my hometown! I graduated from Texas State University- Go Bobcats! This will be my 5th year of teaching.
My husband, Ross, is also from Celina and we have been married for 3 years. We just had my first baby, she is 4 months old, and her name is Ronnie!
I love spending time with my family, friends and pups, trying new restaurants, and doing anything outside!
I can't wait to get to know you all! This year is going to be awesome!

Meet the Teacher will be on Monday, August 14th.
What to do before Meet The Teacher:
*Come-and-Go 5:30-7:00
*Bring student supplies
*Fill out the Student Information Sheet and leave it on their desk.
*Supplies will be sorted first day of school, so no need to sort anything out.
Daily Folders
Please check your child's planner each day. This will be where behavior notes, daily notes, and other information will be sent home. This is also where you will send notes to school.
Weekly Bobcat (Thursday) folders with graded school work will come home each Thursday. Please return on Fridays.
CLASS DAILY SCHEDULE
Your child will be rotating between two teachers this year. I will be teaching ELAR and Social Studies and Mr. Lewis will be teaching Math and Science.
Our students attend a different specials class each day for an hour. In addition to daily specials, our class goes to library weekly and STEM bi-weekly. Students need to wear sneakers on PE days to safely participate in P.E. or bring them to change into.
Lunch money may be added to your child's lunch account online on the My School Bucks site for additional snacks and ice cream day.
Please provide a healthy, dry snack for your child to eat in class during snack time and a flip top/straw water bottle that can be easily refilled.
