Welcome to our Class!
Hello!!
My name is Andrea Geron and I'm so excited to be your child's Second Grade teacher this year! This will be my 6th year teaching, and my 2nd year teaching Second Grade! I am an Austin girl and attended Texas A&M University, WHOOP! After graduating I moved to North Dallas, and have now been in Celina for 3 years. My husband Taylor and I have been married for 4 years. We have a sweet pup named Hank and we welcomed our first baby girl last August!! We can't wait for Lily to become an official Bobcat!

This year our class will be using the Seesaw app. This will be a way for me to communicate with parents, in addition to emails. You can go ahead and download the Seesaw app. Please be on the lookout for future instructions to get connected.
Daily Folders
Please check your child's folder each day. This will be where behavior notes, daily notes, sight words, and other information will be sent home. This is also where you will send notes to school.

SPECIALS CLASSES
Our students attend a different specials class each day. Students need to wear sneakers every day to safely participate in P.E. or bring them to change into. Please see the weekly newsletter sent via email on Fridays to know what day it is.

THINGS TO DO
Create a School Cafe account. As our dining services have expanded, so has our system to better serve our Bobcats. This is a new system so all Bobcats who wish to buy their lunch daily or occasionally, must create an account beginning August 1. Additionally, families who qualify for free or reduced meal programs, may indicate that need by filling out the confidential forms. For any Bobcat who had a balance in the My School Bucks system, those funds have been rolled over to the new system. Your balance should be available when you create an account and login.
