Welcome to our Class!
Dear Parents,
My name is Bailey Budemer and I will be teaching 3rd grade math and science this year at Lykins Elementary. This is my first year at Lykins and in Celina- Go Bobcats! I recently moved back to the DFW area after spending the last seven years going to school and teaching in Lubbock, Texas. This is my fifth year teaching 3rd grade math and I can not wait to watch your student grow and learn this year!
I am a proud Texas Tech University alumni (wreck em'!) and I am currently finishing up my masters from Lubbock Christian University.
I am a dog mom to an energetic pup, Tucker. I enjoy taking him to the dog park, baking, and reading in my down time.
I cannot wait to meet you all soon!

Meet the Teacher will be Monday, August 14!
What to do before you meet the teacher: Bring all supplies from our 3rd grade list. It is not necessary to label anything, since we will label them on the first day. You will classify them with your child when you meet the teacher.

Daily Folders
Please check your child's folder each day. This will be where behavior notes, daily notes, sight words, and other information will be sent home. This is also where you will send notes to school.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Our class will rotate to a different Specials class each day: Art, P.E., Technology, Library, and Music.
Lunch money may be added to your child's lunch account online on the School Cafe.

Change of Clothes
Please keep a Ziplock back of extra clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.

Create a School Cafe
For any Bobcat who had a balance in the My School Bucks system, those funds have been rolled over to the new system. Your balance should be available when you create an account and login.
