¡Bienvenidos!

Hola! Bienvenidos a un nuevo ciclo escolar. Estoy muy entusiasmada de comenzar este año y conocer a mis estudiantes. Crecí en El Paso, Texas y asistí  a La Universidad de Texas en El Paso donde recibí mi bachillerato en Biología y Química. Tengo seis años de experiencia trabajando como maestra Bilingue.  Mi hermosa familia conociste de mi esposo, Daniel, mis hijos Lucas y Matteo, y mi bella perrita AZ. En mi tiempo libre me gusta cocinar con mi familia, hacer jardinería, correr, y comer antojitos mexicanos. Otro de mis pasatiempos es servir como maestra de escuela dominical en mi iglesia donde trabajo con el grupo de niños de segundo grado. 


Estoy muy emocionada de empezar a trabajar con mis estudiantes. Mi meta y mi compromiso es que cada estudiante alcance sus metas escolares.  Sé que este año estara lleno de diversión, colaboración, y mucho aprendizaje.

Welcome!

Hello! Welcome to a new school year. I am very excited to start this year and meet my students. I grew up in El Paso, Texas, and attended The University of Texas at El Paso, where I received my BS in Biology and Chemistry. I have six years of experience working as a Bilingual teacher. My family  consists of my husband  Daniel, my sons Lucas and Matteo, and my sweet dog ​​AZ. In my free time, I like to cook with my family, garden, run, and eat Mexican snacks.  I also enjoy being a Sunday school teacher for our church where I get to work with second graders. 


I am very excited to start working with my students. My goal and my commitment is that each student achieves their goals. I know this year will be full of fun, collaboration, and lots of learning.

CARPETA DIARIA

Favor de revisar a diario el folder de su hijo/a.  Aquí estará el registro de lectura diaria y las hojas para practicar en casa. 


DAILY FOLDERS

Please check your child's folder each day. This is where you will find the daily reading log and homework to practice.

HORARIO DIARIO

Nuestros estudiantes asisten a una clase de especiales diferente cada día durante 1 hora. 

Todos deben utilizar zapatos tenis (cerrados) para participar de manera segura en Educación Física (en ocasiones especiales, debe traerlos en la mochila).


El dinero del desayuno, almuerzo, snack y/o helado se puede agregar en línea a la cuenta del estudiante. 


Merienda: Por favor, envíe una merienda saludable para comer en clase y una botella de agua reusable con popote adherido que pueda ser fácil para tomar y rellenar fácilmente.

CLASS DAILY SCHEDULE

Our students attend a different specials class each day for 1 hour. Students need to wear sneakers every day to safely participate in P.E. or bring them to change into.


Breakfast, lunch, snack and/or ice cream money may be added to your child's lunch account online.


Snack: Please provide a healthy snack for your child to eat in class during snack time and a flip top/straw water bottle that can be easily refilled.  

CAMBIO DE ROPA

Si es posible, envíe en un bolsa plástica una muda de ropa en la mochila de su hijo/a en caso de tener algún accidente en la escuela o se ensucie y necesite cambiarse. Rotule la bolsa con el nombre y el apellido de su hijo/a. Asegúrese de cambiar la ropa para que esté adecuada con el clima.

CHANGE OF CLOTHES


If possible, please send a plastic bag with an extra set of clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.
