Program Management Committees/Teams
Every faculty in our college has a dedicated Program Management Committee/Team. This team is composed of the Dean of the Faculty, the Program Head, lecturers from the same faculty, and selected academic staff from other faculties.
Our college is deeply committed to the continuous improvement of academic quality, staff engagement, and student support. We place high importance on evaluating and enhancing academic staff training and support, as well as developing a curriculum that is outcome-focused and aligns with the college's mission, values, and culture.
Each program has a designated manager who ensures that the program objectives and learning outcomes are aligned, and that effective, industry-relevant pedagogical approaches are employed.
The Program Management Committee/Team, chaired by the Program Head, includes key staff involved in the program delivery. They also receive input from collaborative partners and/or external stakeholders when appropriate.
These teams work closely with subject experts from both academia and industry to ensure that our curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment methods are up-to-date and relevant.
Each program follows the college-wide guidelines and practices (as outlined in our Operation Manuals) on processes related to curriculum development and planning, as well as assessment strategies and methods.
