Transfer, Deferment, and Withdrawal

Definitions

Transfer: A transfer at Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology is when a student switches from one course or study period to another, or changes their study mode (like moving from full-time to part-time studies or vice versa), while still remaining enrolled at the College.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal at Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology  refers to a student discontinuing all courses at the college.

This could be due to academic, personal, or financial reasons. Unlike deferment, withdrawal does not imply an intention to return to the College.

Deferment: Deferment at Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology refers to when a student delays or postpones their course (or module).
