Smoking Policy: The Singapore Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act prohibits smoking in most indoor locations in Singapore, and this includes our campus. Smoking is also not permitted in outdoor areas of the campus as per our college policy. Violation of this policy may lead to disciplinary action by the college and fines by the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Smoking on Campus: The Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act 1992 prohibits smoking in certain places for the protection and promotion of public health. This includes educational institutions such as campuses.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment for all. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Student Affairs.
Please note that these laws are strictly enforced, and any violation can lead to disciplinary action from the college, as well as legal consequences.
