Academic Board: The Academic Board is a group appointed by the Executive Management of the College. Their primary role is to review and approve all matters related to teaching, learning, and the maintenance of academic standards and quality.
Chief Academic Officer: The Chief Academic Officer is a key member of both the academic faculty and the corporate department. Their primary role is administrative, overseeing the Faculty and Programs. While they may have limited teaching duties, their main focus is on supervising and supporting the academic staff. They report directly to the Principal/CEO and may continue their professional practice outside of their duties at Capital College.
Dean of Faculty: The Dean of Faculty is a professional artist or lecturer who oversees the School and its Programs. While they may teach occasionally, their primary role is administrative, including supervising and supporting the academic staff. They report to the Director of Academics and may also be practicing artists outside of their duties at CCAMT.
Examination Board: The Examination Board is responsible for developing, reviewing, and approving examination and assessment procedures. They ensure that assessments and examinations are relevant and valuable. Additionally, they manage student appeals to ensure fairness.
Full-Time Lecturer: A Full-Time Lecturer is a professional artist or lecturer who teaches, delivers lessons, and performs administrative duties. They report to the Faculty Head or Program Manager and may continue their professional practice outside of their teaching commitments at Capital College.
Program Head: The Faculty Head is a professional artist or lecturer who primarily performs administrative duties, including overseeing various programs and supervising academic staff. They report to the Dean of the School and may also be practicing artists outside of their duties at CCAMT.
Technical Support Executive: The Technical Support Executive provides assistance with end-user equipment and devices in the studio. They monitor and maintain systems, install hardware and software, and solve technical difficulties. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of the program and the safety of the users.
The Learning Hub (TLH): The Learning Hub is a center staffed with academic support personnel who provide specialized strategies and activities to assist students in their learning. They offer career counseling, academic support, and are always ready to answer students' questions or find alternative solutions.
