Oklahoma has many symbols, such as,The state fruit is a Strawberry, yummy! The state vegetable is a Watermelon,I thought watermelon was a fruit!Now on the topic of state animals. The state animal of Oklahoma is the endangered Buffalo or Bison however you say it they are still the state animal of Oklahoma.The state fish is the Sand bass,or White Bass.Also the state bird is the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher.
