History of Oklahoma

Oklahoma’s history began in April,22,1889 when the first Oklahoma land rush came to be! Then just 19 years later Oklahoma became the 46th state in America on November 16 1907.Then just 39 years later after the Oklahoma land rush and just 18 years after Oklahoma became a state Oklahoma got its state flag designed by an artist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma’s capital.

When Oklahoma became a state President Theodor Roosovelt was in office he actualy got the teddy bear named after him!
