Space Exploration

Space exploration is a one semester class that will investigate the past, present, and future space technologies and discoveries. The topics covered are the history of space exploration, orbital mechanics, in-depth look at the Apollo missions, probes and satellites used in space, space telescopes, and communication satellites. The students will learn about the life of an astronaut from different programs. The students will learn about the everyday items and technologies that have come from space advancements. Also, the students will stay up to date with the current rocket launches/NASA news.

This is a one semester class that meets in the spring semester.
