Discrete Math/Computer Science

The Discrete Math/Computer Science (DMCS) class explores different math topics and computer science basics using classroom activities, logical thinking, and computer tasks. It's for students who haven't coded before. We'll cover things like Computational Thinking, Computer Logic, Game Theory, Counting/Combinatorics, Probability, Connectivity, Iteration and Recursion, and Cryptography. Throughout the course, we focus on thinking logically, proving ideas, and explaining concepts clearly using math and computer terms.
