Forensic Science is a 1 semester advanced science course that focuses on inquiry-based laboratory experiences applying biology, chemistry, and physics to legal investigations.  Topics explored will include crime scene analysis, evidence collection/preservation, DNA profiling, handwriting forgery, toxicology, and legal ethics.  Students will also have opportunities to participate in virtual labs and activities.

Prerequisite:  Biology

This course does not count toward the Honor Diploma requirement for Advanced Science.
