Lifetime Physical Education (Grade 5) introduces students to the importance of healthy living and physical activity in a virtual learning environment. This course focuses on developing an understanding of basic wellness concepts, including healthy habits, nutrition, personal fitness, and overall well-being.
Students learn how to make healthy choices through engaging lessons and age-appropriate content. Rather than tracking physical activity through logs, students demonstrate their understanding by completing quizzes, assignments, and a final project related to healthy living.
The goal of this course is to help students build awareness of healthy lifestyles and develop habits that support lifelong wellness.
