Seventh grade students are required to to participate in and log 30 hours (1,800 minutes) of physical activity in order to fulfill the physical education requirements. These activities are completed after school, during lunch, or any other convenient time.

On their Canvas dashboard, students will see a physical education class that has a link to a Google form where they will log their exercise activities.  They will also have access to a list of allowable exercise activities.
