Lifetime Physical Education (Grade 8) introduces students to the importance of healthy living and physical activity in a virtual learning environment. This course focuses on developing an understanding of basic wellness concepts, including healthy habits, nutrition, personal fitness, and overall well-being.
Students learn how to make healthy choices through engaging lessons and age-appropriate content. Rather than tracking physical activity through logs, students demonstrate their understanding by completing quizzes.
The goal of this course is to help students build awareness of healthy lifestyles and develop habits that support lifelong wellness.
