4/5 This sandwich was pretty good, Alex hated it (he doesn’t like spicy things or beans, so I don’t know if his opinion necessarily counts), the papalo got mixed reviews. It was very spicy at times, but the avocado helped cool it down. Overall, it could’ve been more flavorful, which might have been accomplished with more of a pineapple presence. Among the interns, this very sandwich induced some serious trunk failure, which unfortunately hit mid-expo errand. For a cemitas, though, it was pretty stellar.
