Pumas Torta

3.9/5.0

The Pumas Torta was a refreshing sandwich after the experience with the spleen sandwich the previous week. In between the Tortas was a ridiculous amount of proteins consisting of eggs and chorizos, sausages, ham, chicken, avocado, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. The sandwich was huge. No, half of the sandwich was huge. One could turn the action of eating this sandwich into a fork-and-knife affair. So, with enough contents for a three-square meal, there was satisfaction from eating the sandwich. Moving on to the taste, it gets interesting. There were enough flavors to keep you involved in eating this sandwich, thanks to the variety of proteins, but there was nothing truly special. One was left with the task of finishing the food and without a cause to savor a combined taste. “This sandwich was too much work”, Shannon said. With all, the Pumas Torta was a good sandwich. Marlowe noted the inevitability of lost flavors and tastiness when a lot of meat is loaded into the sandwich and this was true for this sandwich. If you’re looking to break a fast or if you want something to eat for over 24 hours or if you’re training for a Man vs Food challenge, our 3.9 rated Pumas Tortas is a recommended sandwich.
