Rocketpig

The pork was tasty (flavorful, juicy but not too juicy, fell apart appropriately), the jam added some great flavor and blended well with the mustard, the ciabatta was great. There was a resounding "Ok yea, this is pretty great" and an utter lack of critique--and maybe the latter is the reason we can't slap this with an even higher rating.

Sure, nothing was wrong, but we weren't beside ourselves by any means. One consideration is that there were only 6 testers on this run. We're thinking a larger sample size may have been necessary. Hot sauce could have been hotter, the pickles were homemade but not exceptional, and the coleslaw was fresh and not dressing-laden.
