4/5 This was a solid sandwich--the pork was extremely tender, noted a grateful Paul Lieberman, who had received dental surgery the day before biting into this baby. Surprisingly, this sandwich wasn't sloppy at all--the grits were thick and held it together so there was little slippage for evenly-meated bites the whole way. The only complaints were that it was missing a little something (Nick suggested that some cilantro, sauteed onion, and pepper would've given it that boost) and that it was a little bit small.
