Cubano (slow cooked pork, ham, sliced pickles, swiss cheese on ciabatta)

Sides: Plantain chips, chayote and radish salad, and fries

4.2/5 The meat by itself was fantastic, according to everybody. People could've done without the honey glaze, which made the meat sweeter than most people preferred. Otherwise, the meat was tender and flavorful. The bread was a little soggy and perhaps too plentiful, but it didn't impede the sandwich significantly. There needed to be some sort of mustard, however. Sides were great also!
