After debating on a lengthy email thread, Blue Line was the Deli that was selected Chopped Cheese Sandwich to the people at 36. It was a nice place, and if anything, the sandwich was relatively cheap at $5. The sandwich eventually reached 36 and the munching, taste investigation and sandwich-validation process all began at around 1pm.

To most the sandwich was essentially a BIg Mac cloaked in longer bread with sesame seeds atop, and mayo on 'shredded beef' inside. Now, for $5, this sandwich is definitely a filler - Hot day, feeling hungry, walked a while, and also in Harlem?, then one would definitely go get this. But overall, it could have been better. The bread was was not soft. It was probably grilled or toasted for a bit which kept it and the other sandwich contents warm and tasty, but it did not allow all the flavors to blend together in a better way. The beef was almost well cooked and one would struggle (but eventually succeed) to find its taste in the midst of the mayo.Another thing to note was the need of some sauce for the sandwich to elevate or differentiate its overall taste. Sara mentioned that this tasted good with and without hot sauce, but for some it wasn't the same case.

Overall, to 36 workers, this Chopped Cheese Sandwich was not a bad one, not at all. It tasted good. Not as good as the last time it was eaten and not good enough to please with it's flavors, tenderness and overall 'taste buds satisfaction'. With ratings ranging from 4.8 (Marlowe) - 2.5 (Sarah) and an average of 3.7, the chopped cheese sandwich definitely did part of it's job - please us enough to give it a rating. But, in the words of St. Jerome, "...never let it rest, 'til your good is better and your better is best'. This is what the review echoes.
