4.9/5 53 on the list, but somewhere in the top three in our heart, this sandwich was Ridiculously Good, but unfortunately really small. The bread was perfect (as should be expected from a place that, well, makes bread), and the combination of the salty/crispy pancetta and the spice of the chile powder with the sweet, sweet mango and basil-y basil was phenomenal. Shouts of “best sandwich yet” were heard from distant corners of the office, although the prevailing issue was the size. Perhaps place a double order? At $6 a pop (tax included), buying two is a no-brainer.
