If you're interested, here's the entirety of Vee's rant in panel 3:

She may have had another reason to think "Lady of the Night" would be a bad name for a supervillainess beyond the fact that it sounds pretty cliché.

I guess "Masked Madwoman" doesn't sound much better, though. Also, she probably shouldn't offend him by taking his name...

That last panel was slightly trickier than expected due to the speech bubbles and the copyright mark being on white backgrounds just like the space I temporarily put the contents of the panel in in order to make Vee's rambling in the background.

The choice to have Vee's mask visibly indicating where her eyes are was made easily, if somewhat reluctantly. I originally had the lighter bit of the mask in her skin color to indicate a hole in the mask, but I found it too distracting and glaring. Not having an indication of see-throughness made it look more like she was blindfolded, really.

In other news, I made a Com'c cursor for my computer yesterday. I think it's cool. Maybe I should make a download area for stuff like that? Of course, I doubt there's much interest in Com'c-themed stuff out there (yet...), given the relatively small fanbase (compared to other, more long-lived webcomics), but maybe you'll surprise me. Feedback would be appreciated. :-)

Meanwhile, I hope to finish Project Twex over the weekend. It's going to take a bit of work, but that way, I can switch to the new size for str'p #70, a nice, round number. I like round numbers, like 70, 130 or 404. Now that I think about it, 70 is actually a really nice number.
