Yes. Yes, I did. (Although I am somewhat regretting that I turned it into a storyline, but that has nothing to do with the time of night in-universe.)

I originally titled this str'p "Insomnia", but then I realized I had used that title before. The new title has less to do with trouble sleeping, but I think the change is actually somewhat helpful, as it ties more into something that might not be implied strongly enough in the str'p itself.

Let's just say that voices from two floors below are not the main thing keeping Block awake tonight, and leave it at that.
