Complete a maths screencast which explains how you answer ONE of the following questions:

Choose ONE of the following tasks (you could do this is a pair or by yourself): 1. Create a Christmas or holiday season animation on hyperstudio. You might choose to give this a NZ twist!
2. Create a Christmas song using Garageband.
3. Create some Christmas decorations using the links and texts to the right.

Week 4
Walt: give directions to locations using grid references, turns, and points of the compass.
Instructions:
Testing continues this week. While you are not testing, you will be working through these tasks:
1. Meet in groups to revise add/sub/mult/div strategies.
2. Begin working through the Directions presentation. This gives you more questions which you came across last week.
3. Continue working through the presentation, Directions & Angles and
the Code.org courses.

Week 3
Walt: follow and create instructions about directions and angles through coding.
Instructions:
Testing week begins this week. While you are not testing, you will be working through these tasks:
1. Begin by working through the presentation, Directions & Angles.
2. When you reach the slide asking you to stop, complete courses 2-4 on code.org.
3. Once you have completed courses 2-4, you can move onto the task, Making Music.
4. Now return to slide 5 of the Directions & Angles presentation and begin coding with Sphero!
Week 1 & 2
Walt: confidently answer maths questions under testing conditions.
Walt: reflect on where we are at in maths, and where we need more support.
Instructions:
Make sure you complete all of the following activities this week:

2. Maths Whizz - 15 minutes a day

3. Practice maths tests
4. Meet with Miss West or Mr Somerville for a workshop.
