My first and probably most important reason to stop fishing and culling sharks is that they are really good for the enviroment.Sharks play a big part in the delecate ocean ecosystem, as apex preditors sharks eat the species that are more numerous and let there prey's prey grow in numbers because their preditors are less in numbers.If sharks whent extinct the whole ocean ecosystm would collapse.

Don’t you think that white people taking over the aboriginals land is wrong? Well me too and this is exactly what we're doing to the sharks and thier land. Sharks have been around for over 400 million years. This is even before trees and dinosuars. Humans have only been around for 300,000 years. You compare, wich is the bigger number. 400 million or 300,000? Who do humans think they are killing one of the oldest living creatures on earth for no good reason at all.

You might be wondering, why are sharks hunted and killed? Well, the main reason is for their internal organs, meat, skin and finds. Countries are making a lot of money off this but, they are taking it too far. Over the last 50 years, 70% of sharks have been wiped out. 100 millions sharks are killed per year. Do we really need all of this stuff? Because soon, sharks will be gone forever.

There are people trying to help, but there needs to be more action and awareness of this problem. We need strict fishing laws, we need to extend the times that culls are down and we need to stop buying products with shark ingredients. We need to protect our sharks for the environment, for the survival of their species and for human future.
