VIDEO GAMES SHOULD HAVE TIME LIMITS

Frying,sizzlizing,dying. This is what your brain experiences if you play addictive video games.Video games fry your brain and you're probarly thinking you're having fun when your brain is fighting a losing battle and do'nt get me started on the lack of sleep! 

Chemically your brain is getting tricked into thinking this is a good thing because dopamine is a chemical that makes you feel happy and dopamine is also caused by loot boxes. A loot box is where you get an in-game reward or treat for doing something. It makes you feel great because it means something to you. Kids keep playing because they're hooked in and that is all it means to them.

Now that I have your attention let's talk lack of sleep and your probably thinking how does this involve video games well it is because of blue light it triggers something in your brain calleed a clock for when you go to sleep and blue light makes that stay awake later and that isn't good for your mental health.If you use a device 30 mins before bed this can interrupt healthy sleep habits.

The increase of gamers is nuts because there is 3.09 billion in the world and gaming isnt the best for you or your eyes,brain,health and if you do to much gaming it can kill the little cells in your eyes that help you to see and 'm not saying we need to kill all games i'm just saying we need time limits.

All devices should be bulit in with time limits all games are addictive,they cause lack of sleep and to many pepole are gaming stop gaming and get out there.
