Introduction: Imagine you at school you can never focus. This could be because you have anxitey, which means you worry more about things then a normal person and get angry over little things in life. Did you know that 3 billion dollars gets spent on average for mental health in australia, that is shocking. Have a think are we wasting money trying to help people with mental health when it could be free? The average australian family can´t afford mental health care. We can act now and help poor children and adults to feel better about themselves, be Brave and make a change.

Can you believe that 1 in 5 people have mental health issues. That is devastating and guess what they can´t afford it. Do the math just a bit less then half the world have mental health issues and i bet you are wondering how can i stop this?
