The barbeque incident with Grace.

I step outside with my footy and hear sizzling like a campfire and I hear people talking. I become curious and peek through the fence of my neighbours house. I know that I shouldn't be spying  but I really want to know what's happening on the other side. I got warned by my family and friends that they don't like people like us because we don't pray to god and go to church that think that we are ungodly and outsiders, but at this moment I dont really care. I have to know what's going on.

 I peek through the little hole in the fence and I can see salads on tables, sausages on the barbecue and the yard flooded with people. I keep looking and as I'm about to get up and play with my footy I see two adults. They look like they are arguing. I try to put my ear up to the hole but as I was trying to do that I hear something else that I don't want to hear. *SLAM* I rush to get up only to see my sister Penny standing at the door. 

"uuuh Kate what are you doing?" she asked. 

"Nothing,well none of your business" I replied "let's just play footy." 

I grab the footy off the ground and pass it to my sister 

" Now, don't kick it too far, that's my ball." I said

 "Ugh it's fine stop being so worried about a ball." she said.

  And of course what does she do?, doesn't listen to me and decides to kick it as high and as far as she can right over the fence. 

 "Penny what have you DONE!" I screamed, as I watched the ball crash into the two adults fighting.   

"I'm sorry I didn't think it would go right over the fence!"she said. 

"It's not that big of a deal anyway, we can just go over there and ask them for your ball back, right?" she asked.

"Are you dumb? Penny they are the christian family, don't you know that they hate our guts?!"I screamed. 

"SORRY!" Penny yelled as she ran to the door slamming it on my face. I don't know what to do. Should I run inside or knock on the door, and try to face them all by myself?
