There needs to be strict rules around buying a pet

Intro: did you know that in 202/22 rspca received 94,828 animals across shelters and adoption centers in australia. There needs to be strict rules around buying pets because so many animals are going into adoption centers. Causes many problems.

Firstly cats and dogs that are abandoned on the streets could get run over and they will have no food or water and they could get sick because they don't have a vet to look after them.

Secondly, animal shelters are overflowing with pets because people don't want them any more so that's why animal shelters are asking for donations. Because so much food and water are going to the animals so that's why animal shelters  are asking for donations. Because the government isn't giving them much money.
