Staircase designs on the gallery walls match the dimensions of the stairs on either side of the Jewett Auditorium. Viewed from the entrance of the gallery, they also reference the broad staircase that rises from below the building to the Academic Quad.
Archival materials on display included blueprints, letters between various Wellesley characters and Rudolph, and photographs from the Wellesley College Archives and the Library of Congress Paul Rudolph collection.
Historical images paired with their contemporary recreations were installed near archival material if relevant. Here a photo pairing of students taking notes in the Hallway Gallery space was installed next to archival photographs that speak to changes in Jewett exhibition spaces.
An original copy of the July 1959 issue of Architectural Forum, which featured the Jewett Arts Center, was framed in the gallery. A smaller recreation of the magazine was installed next to it so that visitors could actually read the articles.
An original wood rack for study photos was installed with archival photos of the study photos in use and a blueprint of the rack's design. The rack was filled with a selection of the Art Department's study photo collection, focused here on modernist architecture. Visitors were encouraged to page through and handle the study photos.
One of the building's original lantern slide projectors was installed alongside an archival photo of the old slide library, a blueprint of the structure used to hold such projectors in the Jewett Auditorium, and a selection of 35mm and glass lantern slides of Jewett and other modernist architecture. Visitors were able to examine the slides on a light box.
A limited-edition risograph-printed booklet of essays accompanied the exhibition.
A model of the Jewett Arts Center by Höweler + Yoon was installed just outside the gallery, where students could examine it closely.
