Happy Halloween!

Despite how many people skip Halloween as their children get older, Mrs. Richer, a Spanish teacher here at HSHS, loves to show her spirit, especially for the holidays. Mrs. Richer is a fun and enthusiastic teacher, in and out of school. This year, with her family for Halloween, she plans to decorate cookies and watch some of her favorite spooky specials. A few of the movies she mentioned liking are Halloween Town and Twitches.
A few Halloween traditions that are special to Mrs. Richer are celebrating with friends and dressing up for the holiday. Contrary to what many people would think, Mrs. Richer prefers the whimsical Halloween decor to the sinister version of it most people like.
In the past, Mrs. Richer has dressed up for Halloween with her kids, one of the most memorable of the costumes being a picnic table. When one of her daughters was going to preschool, there was a costume party, and whoever had the best costume got free tuition for a month. Much to her dismay, another parent won the contest. Although the contest was lost, the fond memories stayed.
Outside of school, Mrs. Richer loves to cook, play word games, and play golf. A few of her specialties in the kitchen are chocolate sheet cake, spaghetti, chicken parmesan, and mac and cheese. Mrs. Richer is an awesome teacher, and if you take Spanish, you may get to be in her class in Spanish 3.
