Writing the date in French is very simple.

When we talk about soemthing we do a regular basis, we add le before the day of the week.
Le dimanche, je vais à l'église.
When we talk about somethings one-off on a specific day we don't put l'article.
Je prends le bus lundi matin pour etre avec toi en le soire.
In French you just say the number, you don’t have to say “second”, “third” as you do in English. However, the first day of the month you have to use the word “premier” which would be

The number 1000 is spelled mil in dates.
Remember, if the word cent is plural and it is the last word of the number, add an s, as in deux cents. However, do not add an s if another word follows cent, as in
deux cent un.
For the numbers 100 or 1000 it is not necessary to say un in front of cent or mil.
