Scrambler opened in 1964 alongside Tilt-A-Whirl. It is described by Waldameer as a ride that "spins on the ride axis and simultaneously on the axis of the ride vehicles." Riders are restrained by a mechanism which shuts like a door in front of them. The ride possesses 12 rider seats, each of which can hold up to three riders.
It originally operated further south in the park, but it was relocated further north in 2013 to allow for the addition of Music Express. It is located across from said ride in the south end of the park.
