I am a casual using hacks and amateur knowledge to translate.
There's at least one line here I'm not 100% sure on. If it sounds weird / doesn't flow, that's on me. Sorry!
Please refer to Hetascanlation's work (when they get there) as the definitive translation.
Translation Notes
General:
Fonts change depending on who is speaking and what tone or volume they're using. It looks eclectic and random, but I tried to replicate this with similar font choices.
Page 1:
• China uses the literal kanji for hot dog 熱狗 (atsuiinu), which is hot (temperature) + dog (animal).
• Mala is a seasoning known for its numbingly fiery mouthfeel. It is characteristic of Sichuan cuisine and is used in a variety of ways (stirfries, stews, hotpot, dipping sauces, etc.)
• Zhacai is a type of pickled mustard plant stem, also originating from Sichuan. Its taste combines spicy, sour, and salty, with a crunchy yet tender texture.

• I guess it didn't occur to me back during the tax defaulter/werewolf mini-arc, but China speaks Chinese and America completely understands him. It's unclear if the others do as well, since so far (? that I recall), America is the only one who's had full Chinese sentences directed at him, and the only one to reply directly.
• Of these facts: A, B, C, and D are confirmed true with the links below. That makes E that's false, because 76 dogs/10 mins is the 2021 record that was broken just last year (2024) by Joey Chestnut with 83 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

• ...which means F is true and America can eat even more than that in 10 minutes??? [fear]

• Mentioned this in a previous chapter, but just to remind, "soft power" is the political ability to shape preferences of others through appeal and attraction. It's non-coercive, using culture, values, and foreign policy to enact change. The most common form is economic and cultural influence.
• America's little bio here describes a "mysterious dance to the music" which seems to be a recurring thing with him... This is a phrase Hima has used as far back as 2012 to refer to America dancing to "5, 6, 7, 8" by Steps! (Visible in APH manga volume 4, and anime season 5 The Beautiful World episode 7.)
