I am a casual using hacks and amateur knowledge to translate.
There's at least one line here I'm not 100% sure on. If it sounds weird / doesn't flow, that's on me. Sorry!
Please refer to Hetascanlation's work (when they get there) as the definitive translation.
Translation Notes
General:
Fonts are swapped around based on their tone/volume, so it might look random, but I'm just trying to replicate the original font choices.
Pages 1 and 9:
• In addition to Prussia, Germany's older brothers are Saxony, Bavaria (both name-dropped in the Hetalia Collezione), and Brandenburg, Hesse, and Holstein (all name-dropped in the Osouji Prussia web game in 2010).
• Only 4 are shown prominently on page 9, so who's missing...?
Page 1:
• Reminder Germany's gang name is "Bündnis der Treue Hüter" / Alliance of Faithful Guardians. His title is Anführer / leader, specifically of a group. Their motto (visible on the coat of arms) is "Stahl in unserer Seele" / steel in our soul.
Page 2:
• The specific word used for worldly-wise here is 苦労人 (kuronin), meaning "a person who has experienced hardship and is well-versed in the affairs of the world and human nature."
Page 8:
• "Großer Bruder" is big brother in German (referring to Prussia).
• "Küken" is chick, as in the baby bird (referring to Germany ..............cute.)
