I am a casual using hacks and amateur knowledge to translate.
There's at least one line here I'm not 100% sure on. If it sounds weird / doesn't flow, that's on me. Sorry!
Please refer to Hetascanlation's work (when they get there) as the definitive translation.
Translation Notes
General:
Fonts are swapped around based on their tone/volume, so it might look random, but I'm just trying to replicate the original font choices.

• The actual meaning of GDP is "gross domestic product," though Hima was very cheeky for changing that to district. It's a monetary measure of the market value of all the final goods and services produced and rendered by a country. The ratio of GDP to the total population of a region is called "GDP per capita" and can approximate a concept of a standard of living. GDP is often used as a metric for international comparisons, as well as a broad measure of a country's economic progress.

• Carrara marble is a type of blue-grey marble quarried since Roman times in the mountains just outside the city of Carrara in the northernmost tip of modern-day Tuscany, Italy. More marble has been extracted from the over 650 quarry sites near Carrara than from any other place. The pure white grade was used for monumental sculpture, as "it has a high tensile strength, can take a high gloss polish, and holds very fine detail." Unfortunately by the late 20th century, Carrara's highest grade marble had run out; the ongoing production is of stone with a greyish tint, or with streaks of grey or black (which is still attractive as an architectural facing, or for tiling).

• Italy's used the word "dandy" before but it's been long enough that I'm going to re-cover it. 伊達男 (dateotoko) refers to a "dandy, fop, handsome and fashionable man." It's not really a word or phrase we use in modern English, so it sounds very antiquated and Romantic - which I suppose is part of the point. Imagine a very romance-novel type of chivalrous man who dresses nicely and woos women with his smile alone. That kind of thing.
