Translation Notes
General:
Fonts are swapped around based on their tone/volume, so it might look random, but I'm just trying to replicate the original font choices.

• Been wondering about this card game's origin being District 44 for a while now. How can the TCGs be made in America (Magic the Gathering) and Japan (Pokémon), but this game's origin be England? Unless this is another one of those "the trivia tidbits are metatextual irl knowledge and not in-universe lore" things? But if that were so, why is District 7/Russia disadvantaged by America's irl MtG not being published there anymore? Lore following irl for him, but not for District 44/England? So this game they're playing is Magic the Gathering?
• On that note, I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before, but the format they're playing appears to be closest to MtG's Commander. This format variant is usually played in causal free-for-all multiplayer, where each player starts with 40 life, and each player's deck is headed by a legendary creature designated as that deck's commander (which determines what cards can be played in their deck).
• In the official ruleset, players are seated randomly in a circle and turns progress one player at a time clockwise. Players may choose to attack any other player, regardless of their position at the table, and can also choose to attack multiple players at once.
• For the purposes of the manga, it appears they're doing some kind of team version (Big 5 vs Italy and co.) and take turns between the teams, with one person on each team volunteering to take that turn specifically. Though they each have individual life and points (Cost) instead of a pooled team life/points.
• Also it seems England started the Industrial Revolution in this 'verse as well...
