What you need:
Incoming Call:
Name of caller.
Agency calling from.
Type of debris (tire, mattress, bag, dead animal, etc.)
What lane is it in?
Impeding traffic? Was 911 notified?
Add note in history of debris info received from caller.
Create Lonestar Event:
OFF HERO Route - Event is PRIVATE if event is being sent only to maintenance.
Description and Type will be "Maintenance."
ON HERO Route - Event is PUBLIC if it is going to be dispatched to HERO.
Description and Type will be "Road Debris."
Can you find it on CCTV? If not, notate in history.
Dispatch/Outgoing Call:
ON HERO route, send to HERO dispatcher.
Dispatcher will follow "Debris" steps under HERO Events tab.
Email shall be sent from Lonestar event to maintenance after receiving new location of debris.
OFF HERO route, notify maintenance yard responsible.

Notify proper maintenance yard. See Maintenance tab for more info.
State who/when you called maintenance in event history.
Send follow-up email from Lonestar event to maintenance yard responsible.
Close out event once email is sent.
