Authenticator Contact Preferences
Authenticator Tip: Once you log back into your account go to self service portal listed here which is a Microsoft Power Bi site. Within this site you will see all your contact preferences. Add an office phone number to the list and make it the TxDOT TMC Operations floor number (512) 974-0883. The reason for this is in the event you are not able to authenticate from your personal cell (which can occur) you can have the authenticator call the floor and provide access this way.
