Stacy (Ruberg) Johnson

Stacy (Ruberg) Johnson (Class of 1995)

Stacy participated in volleyball, basketball and track earning All-Conference three times each and four times in basketball.  She participated in the State Track Meet and was selected to the Tri-State Basketball Team two times each.  As a senior, she was a Miss Basketball finalist and for her career she scored over 2000 points and had over 1000 rebounds.  Stacy began her college basketball career at St. Cloud State earning NCC All-Conference Honorable Mention as a freshman.  She transferred to UMD where she earned NSIC All-Conference and NSIC Most Valuable in 1998 and 1999.  For her career she scored 1295 points and earned Kodak and Daktronics All-American Honors.  Stacy was chosen UMD Outstanding Female Athlete of 1999.  She received a degree in Community Health in 1999 and a master's in Management from St. Mary's in 2007.
