The Winds

Three factions struggle for control of the future of the Emerald Empire in the wake of the collapse of the Iweko Dynasty, each led by a powerful and and charismatic figure with their own vision for Rokugan's future.

Kano's Alliance

A man who once gave up the Championship of his Clan finds himself not only its leader, but the leader of a coalition of thousands, a beacon of hope to those who seek to destroy Daigotsu Kanpeki and all those that would follow him.

House of Suikihime

The controversial Governor of the Second City now proclaims herself Imperial Regent, safeguard of the fragile bloodline of the presumed dead Iweko Seiken, and leader of a people in exile from their own homeland.

The Kanpeki Dynasty

The man who cut a swath across Rokugan, changing its face forever, and collapsing a empire he claimed betrayed him, must now find a path to rule those whose lands he destroyed, and to keep his tainted allies placated without allowing them the free reign they believe is their reward.
