TAP Coaching

Smart Question 00372:

    • What's TAP Coaching?

TAP Response 00372:

    • It's the very first inspiration project imagined by a third party who learned about TAP.
    • TAP Coaching is a program that coaches or guides people through a new type of self-driven learning process. The demonstration content being TAP itself with an emphasis on better understanding the TAP Economy.
    • The solution process will demonstrate how any group of people can improve the collaborative process utilizing novel TAP innovations. The primary innovation of TAP Coaching is the 'group voice' that requires NO leadership exist within the group.

Smart Question 00373:

    • Who's developing TAP Coaching?

TAP Response 00373:

    • Nina with the mentoring help of mentorDay.
    • Also several strategic partner firms. To be announced soon.

Smart Question 00374:

    • Is 'the alien' involved?

TAP Response 00374:

    • For the time being only indirectly - in support of Nina.
    • 'The alien' will have NO ownership interest in TAP Coaching - as the alien will have NO ownership interest in anything utilizing any piece of TAP - be it story or technology innovation.
    • 'The alien' has and will continue to sacrifice ALL financial interest in anything TAP related.

Smart Question 00375:

    • What will the TAP Coaching program consist of?

TAP Response 00375:

    • Details have NOT yet been ironed out or shared with 'the alien', but this is what 'the alien' hopes is understood and will happen:
      • 1) That this group puts the objective of world improvement above profit.
      • 2) That this group include all the necessary solution component details to assure success - of the primary objectives.
      • 3) That this group treat Nina very fairly.
      • 4) That this group listen to Nina, especially when she sees things heading off course.
      • 5) That the group fully understands that 'the alien' will cease supporting their TAP Coaching efforts - if and when 'the alien' detects that the group has lost focus on the primary objectives.

Smart Question 00376:

    • How will the TAP Coaching team interact with 'the alien?'

TAP Response 00376:

    • Only through Nina.
    • Only with smart questions and their responses.
    • Responses will only be provided publicly through this website.
    • This group gets no special insider access to 'the alien.'
    • What is shared with the TAP Coaching group gets shared with everyone.

Smart Question 00377:

    • Why is the alien operating in such a strange and non-traditional way?

TAP Response 00377:

    • 'The alien' assumes that this very first group will do what almost all business groups of today's world do - they put profit above other primary objectives.
    • 'With these priorities 'the alien' assumes this first group will fail.
    • The alien will not waste time assuming success will be imminent.
    • Instead 'the alien' hopes to use this as a experiment and teaching opportunity. Also as an exciting story to watch unfold in time.
    • 'The alien' hopes others will learn from mistakes made and will boldly tackle the challenge themselves with alternative approaches.
    • The experience data will NOT be hidden away. Neither will the details of the solution proposed.

Smart Question 00378:

    • What smart questions has this group asked of 'the alien?'

TAP Response 00378:

    • None yet.

Smart Question 00379:

    • So how exactly will TAP Coaching work?

TAP Response 00379:

    • TAP Coaching has already fundamentally change because of the Covid-19.
    • What was initially proposed and wanted was a more analog solution program - where real people would come together in auditorium or classroom venues to participate as a real-time group. But now they want a more all-virtual solution.
    • Because a lot of time and design work went into the analog TAP Coaching solution - it's worth understanding the details of this first - as it's solution might help better understand the all virtual TAP Coaching solution.
    • So we'll begin with a typical user experience (UX) story. Our subject participant is named Maria.
    • She has registered and paid to attend a week-long TAP Coaching Program. It will be held in an auditorium setting which can hold up to 500 individuals.
    • The one big requirement is that Maria come with her personal smartphone and have the TAP Coaching app installed on it prior to arrival.

Smart Question 00380:

    • So what happens on day one of the TAP Coaching program?

TAP Response 00380:

    • Everyone must arrive and be situated in a seat by 9:00am. Maria gets there a half hour before.
    • There's a stage, a big screen and a desk angled toward the screen with one chair at the desk and another beside the desk.
    • At 5 minutes before 9:00 two people come out from behind a curtain - a female and a male. The male carries a laptop. He sits down at the desk and tends to the laptop while the woman stands beside her chair - facing the audience.
    • At precisely 9:00 the woman through her headset welcomes everyone. She introduces herself as Virgy, 'the guide' for this session and the man at the desk is LM. He is 'the assistant' and takes care of all the software and big screen stuff - as well as alerting Virgy to participant progress.
    • The guide first walks everyone through the registration process for the session. It requires a special code LM places up on the big screen.
    • Then they go through a check-in process step.
    • LM confirms the check-in count number with the manual count number made as people entered the auditorium.

Smart Question 00381:

    • So what does 'the guide' of TAP Coaching do?

TAP Response 00381:

    • Virgy explains that her role is only to guide and NOT to lead.
    • She goes onto explain that the group leads themselves through all the possibility.
    • There's an automated process that will play out that will help the group find their unique group voice. Their voice will be different than all that have gone through the program before and all that will come after.
    • This is because the group voice is the unique combination of all the individual unique minds in the auditorium. Each person has equal power to impact the group voice and what exactly happens next.
    • The guide is NOT here to answer questions. This is forbidden. All questions MUST be submitted using the TAP Coaching app.
    • The guide is only there to help direct attention to the big screen or to the same screens that exist within the software. The big screen will soon NOT be needed by everyone - once they all get familiar with the software.

Smart Question 00382:

    • So what does each participant need to do?

TAP Response 00382:

    • Virgy explains that no one in the auditorium will ever be an obstacle to the forward motion of the process.
    • This is because the process includes an avatar who responds for the participant anytime the person is unavailable or distracted with something else. So feel free to get up and go to the restroom at any time. Go outside and have a smoke break - if you must. Go make a personal or business phone call - it will not matter to the overall group performance. The TAP solution takes care of all these issues of real life.
    • But... Virgy continues... The more you stay focused and apply your personal thought and opinions - the much better will become the resultant of the process. And the resultant is group decision-making on next-step action to take together as a group.
    • Instead of arguing and fighting. Instead of allowing a group leader with overriding decision-making power to have the final say. The TAP software will automatically generate the single compromise voice of the group - where each group member has exactly the same power to impact the resultant.
    • There's no need for 'you', as a unique-minded individual group member, to compromise 'your' values or 'your' opinions. The process solution automatically finds the group compromise balancing point.

Smart Question 00383:

    • How does the process auto-find group voice?

TAP Response 00383:

    • The trick is to get everyone to prioritize all the logical possibility.
    • Maria wonders what this means. Virgy continues...
    • The group decision-making process is broken down into a logical flow of different steps.
    • With each step can exist in theory several logical options.
    • By prioritizing all these options each group member contributes their opinion on what should happen next - knowing that there's often no clear cut right or wrong answer. Usually what exists is a relative weighting between choices. And this is what TAP capitalizes on.
    • With rank-ordered list contribution from all members - then a simple mathematical algorithm is applied to combine all voices into a single group voice.
    • So all 'you' need do is: 1) Be 100% honest; 2) Don't compromise your values or what you want.

Smart Question 00384:

    • But what if I'm unsure or not listening or unavailable, thinks Maria?

TAP Response 00384:

    • This is perhaps the greatest problem/issue innovation of TAP.
    • TAP has created a whole new type of AI.
    • NOT AI that provides the error-free answer. Instead AI that best matches 'you' and 'your' thinking.
    • The innovation is so cool, that 'you':
      • Will be much happier than ever before its existence.
      • Will never need to directly engage - yet it will respond for you.
      • Will never again miss providing 'your' personal input, so guaranteed participation.
      • Will be able to creatively respond in almost any logical way you prefer.
    • And the AI is so simple and creative that there exists a logical default that a great majority of everyone in the world should find acceptable. What this means is 'you' don't have to do a thing to begin using and learning how the solution really works.
    • Virgy continues... And this is how 'you' are able to walk into this auditorium and begin to provide 'your' personal input into this particular groups decision-making.

Smart Question 00385:

    • What will we, Maria wonders, be doing here - to learn the process and software?

TAP Response 00385:

    • Virgy... TAP is many different world improvement things. One of the things is a new type of economic model, for the entire world. An economic model that is NOT negatively impacted by big world events, like the Covid-19 pandemic, that is wreaking havoc all across our globe today.
    • Most of you are here to learn more about this new TAP Economy model. So this is the starting point for this TAP Coaching program.
    • To demo everything, we will be exploring the many different Q&Rs of the TAP Ed content, 'the alien' has prepared in the past and present. Q&Rs mean questions and responses, but with TAP they are special types of questions called 'Smart Questions.' And the responses are called 'TAP Responses.'
    • The TAP Ed system is a non-linear array of content. It can be explored from any starting point. Every Q&R has a reference number so each can be easily referenced. The number have no real relevance. All they tell us is the chronological order in which 'the alien' entered them into the bucket. This group can start with any one that exists.
    • But before this group selects its first Q&R, I'll explain the present content structure - because there is a somewhat attempt to organize it all in a more logical way.
    • There are presently three categories:
      • 1) TAP Core
      • 2) TAP Systems
      • 3) TAP Innovations
    • Within each category are blocks. Presently there are on the order of a dozen or more blocks per category. I block is just a sub-group theme or topic of the category.

Smart Question 00386:

    • How's the TAP Coaching app (software) organized?

TAP Response 00386:

    • For starters, the entire TAP Ed Q&R system is accessible thru the app.
    • 'You' can:
      • 1) enter a reference number;
      • 2) do a keyword search;
      • 3) pursue by org structure via categories and blocks.
    • 'You' can do this by 'yourself', but we are all here to do it as a group.
    • This TAP Coaching software will soon be available for any group in the world to use with any content and any group work effort primary objectives.
    • Virgy... So let's start by selecting a category - as a group. We'll find our one voice as a group with this starting simple example.
    • Go to the hamburger menu in your app. Select 'Group Voice.' Up on the big screen are the same steps playing out on a sample app. Android on one side and Apple on the other.
    • Then select 'Enter Demo Process.'
    • Then select 'Choose Category.'
    • Virgy looks at LM for his indication that everyone is on the right screen in their app.

Smart Question 00387:

    • What's the 'Choose Category' screen look like?

TAP Response 00387:

    • The screen is a typical TAP Case-List screen design.
    • It has the Case title at the top.
    • It has a list of 5 max possibility items below the title.
    • A vertical scroll bar (vsb) is present anytime the list contains more than 5 items.
    • So the user only ever sees 5 items of the list at any time.
    • When first coming to this screen the top 5 are always presented.
    • The exact 5 and the ordering initially presented are based on preference settings established during the registration app process. E.g. the preferred language was one choice the registrant was required to enter. Another was historical popularity vs. random presentation of case-list items.
      • To begin the TAP Coaching software must make possible English and Spanish.
    • For this first case-list demo, there are only 4 choices:
      • TAP Core
      • TAP Systems
      • TAP Innovations
      • Other
    • The 'Other' list item ALWAYS is a choice within all 'Group Voice' process steps. It's a way of signaling that 'you' wish to do something other than what is presently being decided.

Smart Question 00388:

    • How do I contribute my input?

TAP Response 00388:

    • Do nothing and 'you' TAP AI proxy avatar will submit its data for 'you.'
    • Otherwise 'you' accept what's on the screen or you move around the rank ordering of items.
    • The #1, top of the list position is the possibility you think is best for the whole group.
    • #2 second best. etc. etc.
    • 'You' just select 'Submit' when you are done thinking and reordering.

Smart Question 00389:

    • What happens next?

TAP Response 00389:

    • The moment you submit the screen splits in half.
      • On the left side is your input list.
      • On the right side is the group voice list.
    • You will sometimes see in real time the group voice list change around.
    • Based on what 'you' see as the 'group voice', you might want to change what you initially submitted. This is always possible and with no limit to how many times 'you' might submit something different.
    • But 'you' MUST understand there's a cutoff point in time when 'you' and everyone else can no longer submit new data.

Smart Question 00390:

    • When does a process step end?

TAP Response 00390:

    • Every different type of process step can have a different assigned period.
    • There's default times set from historical usage of different types of groups.
      • For this demo, the times were arrived at from all the testers and all the TAP Coaching program groups that came before 'you.'
      • But any group can adjust any process step period to anything they want, but arrived at using the TAP group voice method.
    • The moment the process step ends is the time when real users can no longer submit data. It's also the moment when avatars submit their data - if the real user did not.
    • A process step begins when:
      • 1) the group voice indicates a new process is to start;
      • 2) when in a process with multiple steps - the one step (not the last step) ends and -
        • at least two different group members directly engage.
        • This last corollary is needs to prevent a single person from doing group work on their own. Especially considering that in the real world most people do not directly engage in their group's work. Most just let their avatars do most the work.

Smart Question 00391:

    • When does the group voice update?

TAP Response 00391:

    • The group voice update or algorithm execution time is a variable setting that group's can independently decide and set. Sometimes it's better to NOT always update and present the group voice in real time. Sometimes, its best to solicit unbiased input without showed everyone what the present group voice is.
    • But in this demo, each process step updates, the group voice, about every 5 seconds.
    • What happens as time marches forward in each process step - is the group voice stables on something unique to the particular group. So it might change quite a bit at first, but as time goes on in the short process step, it will begin to settle on what it will ultimately be.
      • But this only holds true with good real-time direct engagement, by group members.
      • If the group is mainly represented by avatars, then the group voice might change to something not presented at the last moment - when the step period ends. This is because, all the avatars submit at the last second.
    • The takeaway is that every group gets to set the timing or rules for when the algorithm is run.

Smart Question 00392:

    • What happens after our group learns which category we selected as a group?

TAP Response 00392:

    • Selecting a 'block topic' (block) within the category is next.
    • But even this next logical step gets decided by the group. Because maybe it's close to lunchtime and most of the group prefer to break before selecting the block.
    • These types of one-off decisions are all part of the overall TAP process. Every step of the way is the opportunity to totally shift to a different path.
    • This out of the ordinary options get handled by the 'Other' option which is always presented in these process step lists.

Smart Question 00393:

    • How does the 'Other' list option work?

TAP Response 00393:

    • If enough people place list option in the #1 position or in a higher-up position then it will end up in the #1 position of the group voice step.
    • Once 'Other' is the resultant then the next step is a list of other possibility that is out of the normal flow of things.
    • Here, historical record initially populates the list, but also there's the opportunity to submit and add to the baseline list additional items of possibility.
    • Again, everyone must rank-order all items.
    • But when the step period expires one will determine what happens next with the group.

Smart Question 00394:

    • Is every submitted 'Other' added to the list?

TAP Response 00394:

    • No. Only logical submissions.

Smart Question 00395:

    • How are submissions determined to be good?

TAP Response 00395:

    • TAP utilizes the TAP Web communicate connection solution to determine if anything submitted to any TAP tool is logical.
    • With TAP 'your' connected TAPPERS are your first-contact creativity evaluators. They are tasked with reviewing 'your' submission to make sure it is:
      • 1) Novel and NOT just a Morph.
      • 2) Logical - fulfilling the intent of the case.
    • If none of 'your' 3-6 connected TAPPERS are active and responsive then next their connections will be sought for assessment. So forth and so on.
    • The assessment is looking for a simple thumbs up or thumbs down.
    • A time-based algorithm determines how many assessments will be needed and allowed.
    • 'You' need to understand the motivation in providing assessment. It comes with good reward.
      • You earn points.
      • It's how you advance inward within the web.
    • But only after assessments themselves are evaluated by others from levels deeper in the web than 'your' own.
    • To have your creativity added to any piece of TAP is a great accomplishment in the TAP world.

Smart Question 00396:

    • So what creativity can 'you' submit and when?

TAP Response 00396:

    • There are many different types of objects that can be submitted into the TAP tools. The most sought after are things that produce novel important info. So perhaps the greatest submission is a new case gets elevated to the tops of important-info case ranking lists. Next in importance might be the list items themselves that find their way to the tops of case-lists. Then maybe morphs that rise to the tops of morph lists.
    • For the more advanced TAPPER, there's even the possibility of creating and submitting group work-flow processes.
    • In the full-blown version of the TAP Tool, 'you' can submit any of these object types at anytime.
    • [Some of this functionality may NOT be included in the TAP Coaching software.]
    • There are special processes for submitting each different type of TAP object.
    • Understand that group processes themselves are simply a logical flow of two or more cases.

Smart Question 00397:

    • So what else can a TAPPER (software user) submit?

TAP Response 00397:

    • TAP software loves feedback - at every level of the tool.
    • Every screen, every pop-up message and every object can be highlighted and feedback given.
    • Feedback can range from the very simple to more complex.
    • The very simple is a 3-option quick feedback:
      • 1) thumbs up
      • 2) neutral
      • 3) thumbs down
    • The more complex feedback is a limited text string, where the feedback submitter can creatively write almost anything about the highlighted object.
    • It's very important for the user to understand the difference between submitting general feedback or a morph of a particular object. It's NOT good practice to to simply thumbs down something one does NOT like. Because of the TAP Morph a user can change most screen objects to whatever the unique-minded user prefers. This includes general screen messaging.
    • With TAP, if 'you' don't like something or prefer something else - then simply make it what you prefer it to be.
    • Morphs do NOT go through a submission assessment and approval process, like novel additive objects do. Morphs mostly only impact 'your' personal user experience. 'Your' morph can only impact the UX of other TAPPERS if those TAPPERS explicitly dig into exploring the morphs of a particular object. Meaning they want to see 'your' morph and other's morphs.
    • TAP software is all about making 'you' as happy as possible when in the software.

Smart Question 00398:

    • How does the TAP AI (TAP Avatar) respond for me?

TAP Response 00398:

    • This is a rather complicated question to answer in detail.
    • 'You' should go read about TAP AI and the TAP Avatar in their respected TAP Ed blocks.
    • But the quick response is that they simply mirror the input of others you specify.
    • Because the TAP Algorithm can combine any two or more case-lists, it's possible to generate 'your' voice from anyone else:
      • Individual TAPPER
      • Combination of any two or more TAPPERS
      • Individual group
      • Combination of groups
      • Combination of individual(s) and group(s)
    • As long as they have done the case or individuals have specified their avatar to respond when called upon - then 'you' can specify whomever 'you' believe to be best for the particular case.
    • In this demo software 'your' default is 'all those in your group who have directly responded in person' - meaning NO avatar responses. So if 80% of this group respond than 'your' avatar will match the voice of the 80% in combination.
    • But 'you' can change this default anytime. To almost anything 'you' can imagine - including or excluding avatars.

Smart Question 00399:

    • What if I have a questions about the software along the way?

TAP Response 00399:

    • TAP software does NOT allow 'you' to speak directly to the guide, the assistant or anyone sitting beside you. The software is designed for 'you' being all alone by yourself. So please do not disturb anyone in the auditorium.
    • The software has built in help, for when 'you' have questions.
    • If 'you' cannot find what 'you' are looking for in the help - then 'you' can reach out for help from your TAP Web connections.
    • Virgy... Though we cannot stop you from turning to your neighboring participant or jumping up and shouting at me - we greatly appreciate you playing by the rules of the game. If you get frustrating with the app - then we need to hear this from you within the app. Just think about yourself at home alone in the future. 'You' are here now to learn what to do in that future situation.

Smart Question 00400:

    • What if our group wants to traditionally discuss or debate an issue or solution or group decision?

TAP Response 00400:

    • TAP will tell you to then go use any one of the many products that exist in the world today.
    • TAP's NOT interested in trying to compete in that arena or industry. TAP's ONLY interested in providing this novel approach to generating important info. To establish a different type of info reference for the world.
    • In the end the world will assess TAP as better than what exists today or NOT.
    • Many love to argue, debate, discuss and win! This is presently where most humans exist on the intelligence continuum. TAP exists to attempt to move humanity along on this continuum toward the more unselfish end.
    • TAP does not exist to eliminate all the other collaboration tools or methods. It exists to provide an alternative solution. One we believe will make most people happier.

Smart Question 00401:

    • In any group, who gets to start a work or task process?

TAP Response 00401:

    • Any group member can start any new process at any time - even if there are other processes in the works - if the group has selected the multi-task option in its rules.
    • Everything any group can do with TAP is governed by rules that allow or disallow it to exist. Each unique group sets the rules using it's group voice. There's no leader or leadership or static rule book or constitution. Rules are created and maintained dynamically. Any rule can be changed at any time provided enough group members want the change.
    • But most things of life are not black or white, on or off, yes or no, good or bad, etc. Most everything exists on a continuum. Where there exists much possibility between the two polar extremes. This includes rules of the group.
    • Many rules and activities of the group involve limiting the possibility. Limiting possibility to some intuitive and logical compromise point. TAP refers to this as the balancing point for the group.
    • So rather than the rule just being multitasking yes or no - TAP tackles the same issue with multitasking limits, like:
      • No initiating a new task until the previous task has had the focus for X hours.
      • The maximum number of simultaneous tasks is N.
      • Then each member gets to specify what they think is best for X & N. And because these are simple numbers an average or mean can be calculated by combining all input of the group. And just as important defaults can be assigned to new members, so instantly the new member automatically gets counted. It's then left up to that new member to go explore and adjust any of the defaults.
    • With TAP everyone is an equal, but also no one is an obstacle to the work of the group. This is how TAP software is designed and engineered. The process always keeps everything moving. No one, alone, can ever stop the process or slow it down. It always takes the group voice to stop things, abandon processes in the works and shift to something else.

Smart Question 00402:

    • What's the typical group trying to do in the TAP virtual world?

TAP Response 00402:

    • Probably most important is establishing its unique TAP Identity. This so it can attract like-minded TAPPERS.
    • Think about the TAP world as containing every possible set of beliefs and values. So groups exists that could be called completely opposite minds or thinkers & believers.
    • Establishing group identity is critically important. This must exist before the group does anything else.
    • The group identity is the sum of the members IDs.
    • Maybe second to this is positioning the group within the overall TAP World Structure. Will 'your' group be independent of all others or a sub-group of some more popular group? Groups have only limited control of where exactly their group gets positioned. Much of where it ends up getting placed is up to others accepting or rejecting the group's positioning proposal. And decisions get made based on ID.
    • Every group has its primary objectives. A single TAP Case-List priorities all these objectives and becomes an important piece of the group's ID.
    • Then there's the day-to-day work of the group - working toward the primary objectives. Is 'your' group a learning group (like TAP Coaching is a learning type group), an ed group (teaching something important to the world) or a Co-TAP type group (selling something to the world)?

Smart Question 00403:

    • What if someone gets into our group just to cause trouble with our ID and our group voice?

TAP Response 00403:

    • This question stems very much from the thinking of today's world. But because TAP must transition things from today's world to the much improved TAP world - this is still a valid concern in the beginning.
    • First thing you need to realize about TAP is - there's very few ways a particular TAPPER can annoy anyone. There's no texting or messaging or sidebar comm. All anyone can do is share their case-list data. And a person cannot come into your group and drop bad data in your group without negatively affecting their personal ID and every other group they claim membership in. This, because a TAPPER can only carry one instance of each case. And that one personal case-list impacts everything else in the TAP world.
    • TAPPERS are encouraged to be 100% honest. It's the only way that TAP can serve them best. But this does NOT mean someone may enter the TAP world - just to be destructive in it. And until today's internet world employees a user-verification technology that guarantees a users true identity - even TAP needs to deal with negative minds of today's world. Note: There's almost no way today to stop someone from creating two or more identities. Someone can create a good and true ID and then a malicious ID, so TAP must deal with this reality of the day.
    • TAP groups can be open or closed and individual group members can block certain TAPPERS from skewing the group's ID or the group's voice data.
    • An open group invites anyone and everyone to claim membership in the group. A closed group requires an invitation to then accept or reject membership. Once in a group a member cannot to tossed out. The only way a member leaves a group is, with themselves withdrawing membership in the group.
    • But there are alternative ways to exclude a member's data from impacting what 'you' prefer to see and what others see as your groups ID and voice. Any TAPPER can create a subset group of any TAP group they claim membership in. This, so when 'you' look at 'your' group's data it excludes members 'you' find adversely impact the group data - ID or group voice. Then if someone is exploring you and your TAP groups they will see what you prefer to see. They will however see that you have excluded some members. An explorer of you, can easily then compare the two sets of data.

Smart Question 00404:

    • Why would a TAPPER be checking me out?

TAP Response 00404:

    • The greatest accomplishment for any TAPPER is to be included within the authorship team of another TAPPER's avatar. Meaning a particular TAPPER utilizes your mind within their own response and input in the TAP world.
    • TAP tracks all TAPPER this way and let's 'you' and others know how many others utilize your mind.

Smart Question 00405:

    • Does or will the TAP Coaching software contain all these features & functionality?

TAP Response 00405:

    • Most likely - NO!
    • The full set of TAP Tool tools in the TAP Tool toolbox will take time to fully code.
    • The TAP Coaching software will most likely launch with what is called the MVP (Minimal Viable Product.) The MVP exists mostly to demo the new possibility and to get minds more open to the alternative possibility.
    • What exactly will be included in the very first version of the TAP Coaching software will be up to those who build it and its revenue model.

Smart Question 00406:

    • How does TAP Coaching software generate revenue?

TAP Response 00406:

    • As a semi-analog world project where real people were going to gather together in an auditorium - the plan was to sell admission to a week-long event.
    • But now that the Covid-19 is upon us and the development group now wants to create a virtual experience - the revenue model will most likely change somewhat.
    • There's still a way to control access to the TAP Coaching software. They can still require people to go through a program before getting full access to all the features. But all this detail has yet to be fully figured out.
    • Ultimately the TAP Tool software should be free to all. Then the revenue and sustainability model will be to limit features and functionality, some being payment required. Also to sell TAP Big Data - as TAP will be the premiere place to go to get important 'honesty and truthfulness' data in our world. Sliced and diced any way 'you' want.

Smart Question 00407:

    • In a TAP Coaching group session, what happens once the group decides on a specific Q&R to explore deeper together?

TAP Response 00407:

    • Because there's no opportunity for real-time group discussion in the TAP software - something else might take its place...
    • Ultimately TAP is after several things:
      • 1) To help individual minds find better understanding.
      • 2) To find a better way to present and say the same thing.
      • 3) To discover improvement within that which presently exists.
      • 4) To go deeper or beyond what presently exists - maybe discover new possibility.
    • These four objectives provide great opportunity for the group and/or the individual mind. TAP looks to all TAPPERS for continuous content improvement suggestion and recommendation.
    • Find a better way to say the same thing and submit it as a morph. Then sit back and wait to see if others agree that 'your' way is indeed the better way to say the same thing. Morphs that make it to the top of lists become the new default presented to others, when they first explore an object. [Understanding that all morphs get submitted with preference factors that dictate which exact morph gets presented to a specific TAPPER. E.g. the base language factor.]
    • Maybe 'you' or 'your' group land upon a new deeper question relating to the Q&R you were just exploring together. As a group you can work out, together, the very best way to create this new question. In a special built-it 'Propose Smart Question' case. Where anyone in the group can submit their best version of the question text. Everyone then priorities which exact text version is best. And whatever one submission rises to the #1 position, is what the group submits.
    • The TAP Tool primarily exists to encourage world improvement. This starts with co-creating improvement to the Important Information that our world works with on a daily basis. And to do this we must all find improvement in how we communicate and collaborate. The TAP Tool is the tool concept proposed, for doing both.
    • Ultimately TAP is pursuing the truth of the universe. For only with truth can the very best balance be established across all time.

Smart Question 00408:

    • What does a TAP Group work toward on a daily basis?

TAP Response 00408:

    • Every case any group engages in becomes a piece of the group's identity. Same as any individual TAPPER.
    • Every case, with a group voice, gets added to a single special case, where the group must then prioritize all its engaged cases. This one case becomes a critically important component of the group's ID. For the case's that exist at the top of this one case tells the world what the group thinks is most important and fitting to who they want the world to identify them as.
    • This, and every other case, is simply the combined sum of its member's thoughts and minds.
    • Cases will come along that the group as a whole feels are NOT worth engaging in. So one of the daily tasks of any group is figuring out when cases to do and which to skip.
    • With TAP there are only three states all cases in the TAP world exist in relative to any particular group or TAPPER:
      • Engaged
      • Skipped
      • NOT considered yet
    • As there will be tens of thousands to millions of cases in the TAP world - it will take much time for groups to make decisions on which ones to engage in and which to skip.

Smart Question 00409:

    • How does a TAP Group attack engaging in particular cases?

TAP Response 00409:

    • Group members work independently of their group - most of the time. Mainly because any TAPPER can belong to multiple groups - each with quite different primary objectives.
    • TAPPERS are free to engage in and skip any cases they prefer - to establish their own unique identity in the world.
    • But often a TAPPER will stumble upon a particular case that they feel is very fitting to the work of a particular group they belong to.
    • First the TAPPER, alone, MUST engage in the case.
      • TAP uses the term engage - because cases are NOT necessarily ever completed with a first pass engagement. Cases can usually be revisited indefinitely - tweaking contribution data to them.
    • Once the TAPPER has submitted their personal contribution data to the specific case - then that TAPPER can recommend the case to any one or more of their groups. This submission to the group initiates a process - though a timer does not start until at least one other group member agrees that the case is worthy of the group's time and attention.
    • The process that starts is just one to accept or skip engagement by the group. This is one of the few cases that have only a few possibility items to prioritize. Included are:
      • Skip
      • Engage
      • Maybe
      • Depends
      • Probably not
      • More time needed
      • Other
    • These particular example choices are a good example of how seamingly simple polar opposite considerations in life are often never just black or white in the minds of real human beings.
      • Today's world encourages polarity of almost everything. It's one of the greatest problems with today's model. Forcing people to decide between two polar opposite things is the quickest way to make people very unhappy with the system. TAP solves this problem by allowing everyone to choose much more balanced options between the two extremes.
    • NOT until the process step ends with either Skip or Engage at the top of the group voice list, will this particular case be completely decided upon.
    • In theory a case can linger on one of the other options indefinitely. To completely resolve the submission could take more time and effort, one day in the future.
    • Disagreement and uncertainty are often the reality of life. And it's OK, for certain things to conclude this way.

Smart Question 00410:

    • If a group skips a case, what does this mean to group members?

TAP Response 00410:

    • At any point any TAPPER becomes aware of any case - the TAPPER can immediately engage and submit their personal data.
    • It does not matter what the group ultimately decides as a group.

Smart Question 00411:

    • If a group accepts a case, what does this mean to group members?

TAP Response 00411:

    • Just because 'your' group accepts a particular case - it does NOT mean you MUST engage in it 'yourself.'
    • If 'you' believe the case would negatively impact 'your' own personal identity - then skip it.
    • When the group voice is generated it will simply NOT include 'your' voice. Nor 'your' avatars.
    • TAP advocates for the happiness of the unique TAPPER first and foremost and the group secondly.

Smart Question 00412:

    • What happens on subsequent days with TAP Coaching?

TAP Response 00412:

    • The TAP Coaching participants are shown how:
    • [maybe more coming]

Smart Question 00413:

    • What happens on the last day with TAP Coaching?

TAP Response 00413:

    • The final day culminates with a demonstration of TAP Mostlike.
    • All the session participants are placed into one virtual group.
    • Then based on all the case data provided over the past several days - everyone is place on a single TAP Ring.
    • Then everyone is presented their mostlike or the one other person, of all the participants, whose mind is most similar. Noone is given any names or any other demographic data on their mostlike. Just a means to initiate a future connection opportunity.
    • This is another very important revenue source of the overall TAP Tool.
    • Just imagine a matchmaking tool that allows anyone to define any type of mostlike from any population of candidates for any objective - be it life partner or business partner or just project partners.
    • Each person leaves the program with enough info, that if both persons want to connect thereafter, that they can initiate this next possibility step through the TAP Coaching app.
    • Though the app does NOT allow for in app connection - it does facilitate the ability to connect through other means. All figured out with the help of the TAP Tool software.
