TAP Avatar

There exists in the world the possibility for a different form of Artificial Intelligence (AI.) One that cares NOT about the perfect or correct or right. Instead to replicate the individual as s/he is or wants to be identified and understood. This means the individual's avatar can be wrong at times.

There is no perfect in the universe. Everything is always in a flux of change. This includes concepts like truth, right vs. wrong and good vs. bad. The pursuit of the perfect AI is a fruitless endeavour.

AI that attempts to replicate the imperfect is much simpler and easier. Like the alien world, this is the approach and solution that TAP utilizes. From the concept, many new world improvement possibilities spring forth. All are made possible by this new form of avatar.

For a world to provide every unique individual a unique avatar several problem issues must be addressed:

  • Simplicity of avatar design
  • Ease of avatar creation
  • Ease of avatar implementation
  • Equality of potential from each avatar

The TAP avatar was designed to address all these concerns. It's design addresses a few primary objectives:

  • Help make the life of the avatar creator much better. By:
    • providing a far better creator identity solution
      • also group identity solution
    • helping to maximize the creator's happiness
    • freeing up much more free time for the creator
    • doing the less exciting non-creative work of life
    • allowing active membership in an unlimited number of groups
    • guaranteed:
      • voice count and equal impact within every group
      • even when unavailable to do so in person
    • greatly improving "important information" generation and communication:
      • better context
      • less misinformation
      • more honesty and truthfulness
      • less misinterpretation
      • better cross-cultural, cross-generational, cross-values and beliefs, cross-language preference, etc.
    • providing a better, faster and more harmonious solution for decision-making -
      • self and group
    • providing a real afterlife opportunity for the creator
      • helping to eliminate the option of suicide in the world

Only some of the world improvement concepts that this type of avatar makes possible.

Where to begin the reveal of the details of the TAP avatar?

  • I was asked about an avatar's creator...
  • As a TAP Tool participant (player) YOU MUST create an avatar. Only one. And YOU have 100% control of what your avatar will do for YOU.
  • When the TAP Tool platform first launches your avatar will have limited functionality.
  • It exists to represent YOU in the TAP virtual game world.
  • YOUR avatar will be given, by YOU, an identity that YOU want others to identify YOU as in this world.
  • TAP includes direct identity and indirect identity.
    • Direct identity comes from the priority lists you engage in.
      • YOUR rank-ordering of possibility options (or items)
    • Indirect identity comes from YOUR selection of:
      • List cases YOU elect to participate in.
      • List cases YOU decide NOT to participate in.
      • Groups you claim membership within.
      • The one group or position YOU call "home base"
        • Home base also establishes YOUR "virtual family" or those YOU feel and claim as being most like-minded as YOU.
  • Almost everything in the TAP world is transparent to ALL other players.
    • Meaning any player can navigate to and dig into the identity of any other player or group.
  • YOU can establish an avatar with an identity that best represents the honest YOU.
    • Or YOU can establish an avatar that best represents the aspirational YOU.
      • Meaning the YOU you wish you really were in the physical world.
  • TAP is designed to encourage 100% complete honesty of self - as it pertains to YOUR:
    • values
    • beliefs
    • preferences
    • interests
    • opinions
    • aspirations
    • understanding
    • etc.
  • These are called psychographics.
    • Contrast this with our present human world that looks to demographics to establish identity.
  • YOU will have GREAT disadvantage in playing the TAP game - if you are other than 100% honest.
    • Just be honest and YOU will reap the most reward.
      • Primary reward in the TAP game is real increased happiness.
        • Within YOUR real present physical-world life.

Nina responds:

  • If I'm 100% honest, is my avatar my reflection?
  • Will my avatar have feelings equal to mine as well as weaknesses?
  • Is my avatar what I want to be and do with my life?
  • Does my avatar know more than me? Will it minimize the human error that is in me - the product of my imperfection?
  • Can the avatar correct me?
  • I want to live and experience in the virtual world ...!!

"If I'm 100% honest, is my avatar my reflection?"

  • Not entirely. There will always be missing components of YOU within YOUR TAP avatar.
  • Think of YOUR TAP avatar as being more of a representative than the real whole YOU.
  • The avatar starts out in the very first TAP Tool platform as something very powerful but also very limited.
    • As time moves forward and the TAP Tool is enhanced then additional virtual worlds will provide more opportunities for YOU to provide more and more instruction to YOUR avatar.
    • YOU pick and choose which worlds YOU want YOUR avatar to participate in.

"Will my avatar have feelings equal to mine as well as weaknesses?"

  • Avatars will have limited feelings and many weaknesses do to the lack of feelings and logical decision-making capability.
  • TAP avatars are designed ONLY to react - if instruction exists to allow reaction.
  • For example:
    • If a real human player asks YOUR avatar: "What is your favorite color?" -
    • and the asker has YOUR avatar set to YOU at age 16 years -
    • and YOU provided a response to this specific question -
    • then YOUR avatar will respond with the response YOU gave it -
    • way back when you were a child.
    • Maybe YOU gave the favorite color instruction response when YOU were 5 years old -
    • then changed it at about 12 years old -
    • and maybe again changed it around 27.
    • Thus for 16 YOUR avatar would give the response YOU gave it at 12.
    • YOUR response may be simple without emotion or more complicated with some level of emotion included.
    • The instruction might be text only.
    • It might be in YOUR real voice at the time.
    • It might be in a short video clip.
    • It all depends on what YOU gave YOUR avatar at that time of YOUR life.

"Is my avatar what I want to be and do with my life?"

  • YOU have 100% control of what YOUR avatar is and does.
  • YOU can make it the honest YOU or the aspirational YOU.
  • YOU can even make it a dishonest YOU.
  • YOUR physical being need NOT limit what you make YOUR avatar to be.
  • Only YOUR imagination is the limit -
    • along with the digital technology and representation features limits of the TAP Tool.

"Does my avatar know more than me?"

  • In the intent of this question, YOUR avatar does NOT know anything.
  • It does nothing until called upon to respond.
  • It's whole purpose is to respond when called upon to do so.

"Will it minimize the human error that is in me - the product of my imperfection?"

  • ONLY some of YOUR error and limitation.
  • YOUR avatar can do many things that are impossible for YOU to do as a real being in the world.
  • For example:
    • It can respond instantaneously to multiple simultaneous requests.
    • It can work in multiple unlimited groups at the same time.
    • It can provide logical representative response to queries YOU have never before even considered.

"Can the avatar correct me?"

  • In this context your term "correct" indicates there is a right vs. wrong.
  • The TAP avatar does NOT exist to provide right vs. wrong responses.
  • Instead only YOUR response -
  • that might be truth or non-truth.

YOUR avatar is designed to help YOU and work for YOU while YOU are alive in the physical realm. After death in this realm YOUR avatar is capable of living on and representing YOU indefinitely into the future.

  • If no one or no group calls upon YOUR avatar for response -
    • then YOUR avatar will NOT "live."
  • But if YOU position it in groups that survive in time and look to the voice of those who have passed -
    • then YOUR avatar will continue to impact the world of the present and future.
  • Outside of a group -
    • YOUR avatar would need to be directly accessed by living family members, friends or followers of YOU.
    • They would need to query YOUR avatar for some type of response to some type of question.
    • OR...
    • YOU would need to give instruction to YOUR avatar to impact the life and world of one or more living beings who also are players within the TAP Tool.
      • For example:
        • Send event greetings
        • Send congratulations to achievements
        • Send random wisdom
        • Send educational information
        • Send past creative works for inspiration
        • Etc.
    • - as if YOU were still among the living -
      • but all done through specific instruction YOU coded into YOUR avatar while alive.

In a future world with TAP - most people will spend considerable time thinking about and giving instruction to their avatars. YOU will continually think about who YOU are and what YOU leave the world with for YOUR avatar after YOUR death.

YOUR avatar is YOUR personal memorial YOU created during YOUR living life - for survivors to continue on with YOU impacting their lives. As if YOU were still alive and still a part of real life.

The possibilities of what an avatar will be able to do are almost limitless.

Many many different virtual world with many different primary objectives will emerge as enhancement possibility - ALL as part of an ever-evolving TAP Tool.
