  • It's a solution and rule that guarantees long-term failure.
• The aliens understand this.
  • They have a solution that is logical and guarantees sustainability.
  • But many in our world will think it terrible -

  • Education
  • Economics
  • Availability of resources

• Many many factors that must be considered and combined to formulate a best solution.
• The aliens address population control with a solution that has the primary objectives of balance and long-term sustainability.
  • The solution cares more about THEM and less about those of the present.
    • THEM are ALL the people of their world of the future.
      • Think 10,000 years into the future.
  • In the alien world almost every decision and action is based on the extraordinary love they have for THEM.
    • This single primary objective greatly simplifies life for ALL individuals and ALL groups.
  • For THEM to be a reality -
    • it is critically important that no generation - across all time - consume more than its fair share of limited resources.
  • The aliens constantly monitor all resources and ecosystems.
    • They also continuously predict the future -
      • both short-term and long-term.
    • They tweak input and output prediction algorithms.
      • One of the output algorithms provides the present allowable population numbers:
        • overall global
        • local - based on geographical constraints that affect habitation numbers
      • These allowable numbers constantly change throughout time.
        • These are the population-control numbers.
  • The details within the algorithms will NOT be disclosed at this time.
    • What's more important is how the numbers impact daily life.
    • How do the individual aliens manage their individual lives to do their part toward maintaining the numbers?
      • This is the more important of the many questions possible...

• The earth does not exist for infinite inhabitants, it has a limit
• If we do not implement control, the earth will come to an end in a short time

The alien world is vastly different than our world today. Not because the aliens are that different. Instead because the systems and rules they have in place are different. Not until YOU better understand all will YOU be able to fully understand particular solutions. But let's look at the alien birth control solution.

Sexual satisfaction is freely practiced in the alien world - as it is here on Earth. But the big difference is that an individual is alone physically. But is most often with another or others virtually.

This directly impacts accidental pregnancy and the spread of disease.

Aliens are NOT given the freedom to produce offspring at will or by accident. Instead there's a solution in place that introduces far more equality, balance and long-term sustainability into the concept of propagating the species of the most-evolved intelligent beings.

Of course it is the details of the solutions that can be debated.

Because sex for pleasure is far more common than sex for propagation of the species, I will begin with the details of this.

Divide the act of sexual self pleasure into the two realms. Physical act and mental act. Both are nearly equally important in this case.

No one better than self to take care of the physical actions required for satisfactory outcomes. This can include devices and/or props too.

But within the mind, the being usually prefers to create a sexual experience with another or others.

In the alien world, most of the time, this experience is created virtually - as a virtual experience can be far more imaginative and satisfactory than any physical world experience with other(s.)

It can be a two-way (or more) real-time virtual experience or only real-time for the being seeking sex. With a previously created experience product being used. (Think film or photos or VR.)

In the alien world, creating offspring or children or additional beings is a whole different consideration that has nearly nothing to do with having sex.

Far different than in our world today, producing physical offspring comes with far more responsibility and life changing consequences.

First off YOu might have noted the concept of "physical offspring." This implies there can also exist "virtual offspring" and this is true of the alien world. Many elect virtual offspring over physical offspring.

Let's just focus on physical offspring within this discussion of population control - as physical beings are what need the most control because of the limits of the physical planet.

Imagine a solution where when the world has changed to allow for one or more additional physical beings an algorithm picks who is called on next for the opportunity.

Many different factors are included in the algorithm, but let's save this disclosure for now.

The main to consider is the opportunity is just one for consideration for a specified duration of final decision-making.

YOU were given the opportunity because YOU had informed the algorithm solution that YOU were considering producing offspring given your present achievements and life situation.

NOT everyone qualifies for producing offspring. First YOU MUST have reached "independence." Independence can be thought of as the new solution for figuring out adulthood or maturity. NOT age-based in the alien world.

  • In short the individual has far fewer personal issues to deal with throughout her/his lifetime. And with this reality becomes a better partner, cohabitation mate, community member, group member and positive citizen of the world.
  • It's very important to understand that TAP does NOT look to change the reality of the human being -
    • instead TAP only looks to change the systems and rules of the game of life.
  • The aliens do not look to sex for stress relief or self pleasure as much -
    • because they have much more positive and exciting stuff in their daily lives.
