The Radio Island Speech

"Distinguished members of the French royal family, esteemed lords, ladies, and citizens of the French empire, I stand before you today as Lieutenant King M Sauvagé of France, Duke of Vegas Baby, Assistant and First Valet to his majesty the King, Commander of the Royal Dragoon Guards, and Lieutenant Admiral of the French Navy.

In my capacity as the Most Excellent and Noble First Deputy to his majesty the King of France, it is my honor to make the following proclamation.
