A STATEMENT REGARDING THE ANNEXATION OF LAND NEAR THE BORDER OF SNOWY PEAKS & LA ROYAUME DE LA MONTAGNE.

The Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom and Empire of EmoKingdom03_ formally announces that, on March 16, 2026, Imperial forces executed a controlled and lawful reannexation of land in the central-spawn region that is now under the control of the Colony of La Royaume de la Montagne.

The land in question was previously disputed during the Central Border Crisis of April 2025 between the EmoKingdom03_ Empire, acting through La Royaume de la Montagne, and the Snowy Peaks Kingdom. This dispute arose following the establishment of a formal border in early 2025, which had been agreed upon by both parties with a designated neutral section. An incorrect version of this border was later recorded, including land that had been agreed to remain neutral, leading to the original dispute.

On April 21, 2025, the matter was brought before the Divine Court, where it was ruled that the EmoKingdom03_ Empire had modified the previously agreed upon border. The court ordered that the border wall be moved to its proper location and that compensation be provided to the Snowy Peaks Kingdom.

On March 16, 2026, the EmoKingdom03_ Empire formally annexed the portion of land that had been ceded following that ruling. This territory has since been restored to the administration of La Royaume de la Montagne.

The Ministry of Defense reaffirms that no declaration of war has been made and that this action does not alter the Empire’s position regarding its relations with the Snowy Peaks Kingdom. The Empire also stands by the annexation and plans to continue its lawful protection of Imperial Colonies & Territories. The M.O.D. also reaffirms that any attacks or military action on or against any Imperial lands shall be treated as an act of war against the Kingdom and Empire of EmoKingdom03_, and that such responses nescessary to protect the Empire shall be made.
